Our furniture is handcrafted with care using high-quality materials. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping and delivered in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged or with visible defects, please follow these steps:
Inspect the product immediately upon delivery, before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours, providing photos and a detailed description.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from third-party transport services, improper handling during unloading, or careless unpacking by the recipient.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is proven to be damaged upon delivery and reported within 24 hours.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that customized furniture is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal according to EU consumer protection regulations.
