Work and Payment Stages
Order Approval
At the first stage, we define the parameters of the future piece: dimensions, shape, design execution, type of finish, and materials. You receive a precise quotation with no hidden charges. After that, we select a suitable slab, prepare a detailed product mock-up, and approve it with you before production begins.
Contract and Payment
After the product is approved, we formalize all agreements: scope of work, production timeline, payment and delivery terms. We operate officially, ensuring all warranty obligations are maintained. Payment is made in two stages: an advance payment and the final settlement upon completion of the product.
Product Manufacturing
Once the advance payment is made, we begin production. During the process, you receive photo updates at key stages of the work.
The production time ranges from 10 to 40 business days, depending on the complexity of the design, the scope of work, and the materials chosen.
Product Delivery
The final stage involves agreeing on the date and method of collection: pickup or delivery. After the final payment, we hand over the finished product.
You will also receive a warranty card along with care instructions for products made from slabs and epoxy resin.
